5 Bonke abathanda ukuphila ekupheleleni kobuntu emhlabeni oyipharadesi ngesikhathi esizayo esiseduze, kulobobuntu obunobudoda, banesibonelo esifanele ukulingiswa, okumelwe amehlo abo bawagxilise kuso. Njengomuntu wokuqala, uAdamu, lapho uMdali wakhe embeka ensimini yase-Edeni, uJesu okhule ngokugcwele wayengumuntu ophelele. Kodwa uJesu akazange onakalise umfanekiso kaNkulunkulu ayebekwe ngawo emhlabeni; akalokothanga one ubuhle bomfuziselo kaNkulunkulu kumuntu ngokwalokho ayekhuliswe ngakho njengendoda. 6 Esho lokhu kafushane, umphostoli uPawulu wabhalela ibandla lobuKristu emzini wezihlakaniphi eKorinte, eGreece, lamazwi alandelayo: “Ngokuba njengalokhu kuAdamu bonke bayafa, ngokunjalo futhi kuKristu bonke bayakuphiliswa. Kepha yilowo nalowo ngesigaba sakhe: uKristu kuqala, besekuba-ngabangabakaKristu ekufikeni kwakhe.” (1 Korinte 15:22, 23) Ngenxa yalesosizathu uNkulunkulu akayishiyanga iNdodana yakhe ethembekile esimweni sokufa. 7. Kungani uJesu Kristu engaseyena umuntu wenyama ophelele, futhi yini ayokwazi ukuyibuyisela ezizukulwaneni zika-Adamu noEva?
7 ‘Ukuba khona kwakhe’ okungabonakali kodwa okuqondakalayo njengeNkosi phezu kwesintu esihlengiwe ngempela kuyozenza kuzwakale. UJesu Kristu useyisidalwa esingokomoya futhi, kodwa manje uvikelekile ekufeni, akanakufa. Umphostoli uPawulu wakhomba kuleliqiniso lapho ethi ebandleni laseKorinte: “Uma kukhona umzimba wemvelo, ukhona nowomoya. 8. UJesu Kristu uyisibonelo esifanele ukulingiswa abafuna ini, futhi uPawulu watshela amalungu ebandla eKorinte ukuba abe abalingisi bakhe ngokwesisekelo sani?
