Ingabe Umbono Wakho Siqu Uyabusa?
“Ukwahlukana Kwesonto Okusha Ngenxa Yabapristi Abangongqingili,” kusho isihloko sephephandaba. Umbiko wezindaba waqhubeka wembula ukwehlukana okukhulu eSontweni laseNgilandi ngenxa yempikiswano ngabapristi abangongqingili.
“Ikhona indawo yongqingili esontweni,” kusho umfundisi osingethe ukubhaliswa kwabefundisi besonto. Ngombono wakhe, ungqingili ‘othembekile nonokwethenjelwa’ ebuhlotsheni bakhe nenye indoda unelungelo lokuba amiswe esikhundleni.

Akungabazeki ukuthi ngayinye yalamadoda yayiqiniseka ngokuthi umbono wayo ulungile. Kodwa ingabe umbono womuntu siqu kumelwe ube yigunya lokugcina ezindabeni ezibaluleke kakhulu? Mhlawumbe uzothi yebo, ukholelwa ukuthi “yilowo nalowo unelungelo lokuba nombono wakhe.”
Nokho, cabangela lokhu kukhulumela okubili okuphefumlelwe okuseBhayibhelini: “Ngalokho-ke asijonge okokuthula nokokwakhana.” “Ngiyanincenga, bazalwane, . . . ukuba nikhulume-zwilinye nonke, kungabikho ukwahlukana phakathi kwenu, kodwa nipheleliswe emqondweni munye nasekuboneni kunye.”—Roma 14:19; 1 Korinte 1:10.
Ngakho, kuthiwani uma wena, njengomKristu, ukuthola kunzima ukuvumelana nebandla lobuKristu endabeni ethile ebalulekile? Ubungakusingatha kanjani lokho ukuze kulondolozwe ukuthula okubalulekide nobunye bebandla?—Mathewu 5:9; 1 Petru 3:11.
Cabangela isimo esavela ebandleni lobuKristu lekhulu lokuqala leminyaka lapho abanye babebheka imibono yabo siqu njengebusayo. Bheka ukuthi lokhu kwaholelaphi ekugcineni bese uzibuza: ‘Ngangiyokwenzenjani ukuba ngangilapho?’
Izimpikiswano Ngokusoka
Ngo-36 C.E. abeZizwe abangasokile bamukelwa okokuqala ebandleni lobuKristu. Nakuba uNkulunkulu ayelungiselele umphostoli uPetru ngalesenzakalo esikhulu, uPetru nalabo ababenaye bamangala ngokubona umoya ongcwele uthululelwa kubantu abangasokile. (IzEnzo 10:1-16, 34-48) Amanye amaKristu amaningi angamaJuda akuthola lokhu kunzima ukukwamukela. Eqinisweni,amanye amaKristu angamaJuda, “abasekeli bokusoka,” amgxeka uPetru ngokuhlangana nabantu abangasokile.—IzEnzo 11:2, 3, NW.
Kungani labagxeki baphazamiseka? Ngoba eminyakeni ecishe ibe yizi-2 000, ukusoka bekulokhu kuwuphawu lobuhlobo obukhethekile noNkulunkulu. Lapho uJehova uNkulunkulu eyala uAbrahama ukuba asoke bonke abesilisa bendlu yakhe, Wathi: “Kube-luphawu lwesivumelwano phakathi kwami nani . . . esiphakade.” (Genesise 17:10-13) Emakhulwini amaningi eminyaka kamuva, ukusoka kwakusabaluleke kakhulu kumaJuda. Amaningi awo ayenomuzwa wokuthi ukungasoki kwakusho ukungcola. (Isaya 52:1) Ayenomuzwa wokuthi abantu abangcwele bakaNkulunkulu kumelwe bangasebenzelani nhlobo nabeZizwe abangcolile, abangasokile.
Ngo-49 C.E. umphostoli uPawulu wabhekana nabanye ‘balabasekeli bokusoka’ eAntiyokiya yaseAramu. Ekupheleni kohambo lwakhe lokuqala lwezithunywa zevangeli, wabika ebandleni lalapho indlela uNkulunkulu ‘ayevulele ngayo nabezizwe [abangasokile] isango lokukholwa.’ Kwacaca kuye ukuthi sasingekho isidingo ngalabantu bezizwe ukuba basoke. Nokho, amadoda athile ayevela eJudiya ayenombono ohlukile. “Uma ningasokwa ngomthetho kaMose,” egomela, “ningesindiswe.” Ayenomuzwa wokuthi ukusokwa kwakubalulekile ukuze umuntu asindiswe nokuthi bonke abeZizwe abaphendukele ebuKristwini kwakudingeka basoke.—IzEnzo 14:26–15:1.
Kwakuhileleke imizwa enamandla. Akungabazeki ukuthi aqoqa amaphuzu akholisayo ukuba asekele umbono wawo. Ukuthula nobunye bebandla kwakumelwe kulondolozwe kanjani? Ngemva kokuba kuxoxwe kakhudlwana ngaleyondaba, ibandla eliseAntiyokiya ‘lanquma ukuba oPawulu noBarnaba nabathile kubo bakhuphukele eJerusalema kubaphostoli namalunga ngaleyondaba.’ (IzEnzo 15:2) Kwakungekho ukusikisela kokuthi endabeni enzima kangaka, ngamunye wayenelungelo lokuba nombono wakhe siqu. LamaKristu ayenokuthobeka okukhulu nokwethembeka ohlelweni olungokwasezulwini okwenza ukuba afune isinqumo esiwujuqu endikimbeni yawo yokufundisa eyinhloko.—1 Korinte 14:33, 40; Jakobe 3:17, 18; 1 Petru 5:5, 6.
Isinqumo Esenziwa
Abaphostoli namalunga eJerusalema (ngokusobala ababebhekwa njengendikimba ebusayo ebandleni lobuKristu lakuqala) bayihlola ngokucophelela imiBhalo ephefumlelwe ngomoya futhi babukeza indlela umoya ongcwele owawuqondise ngayo izinto eminyakeni eyi-13 edlule. Saba yini isinqumo sabo? Ukusoka kwakungeyona imfuneko yokuba kusindiswe abeZizwe abaphendukile. (IzEnzo 15:6-29) Nasi isiqondiso esisobala okwakumelwe sithathe indawo yemibono yomuntu siqu.
Amabandla alalela lesiqondiso “aqiniswa ekukholweni,anda ngobuningi imihla ngemihla.” (IzEnzo 16:4, 5) Nokho, abanye abantu abazange basamukele isinqumo sendikimba ebusayo. Babesaqiniseka ngokuthi umbono wabo wawulungile nokuthi ukuvumelana noMthetho kaMose kwakubalulekile ukuze umuntu asindiswe. Yini owawungayenza? Baba yithonya eliyingozi, elihlukanisayo phakathi kwamaKristu. Cabangela iseluleko esanikezwa umphostoli uPawulu eminyakeni engaphezu kweyi-15 eyalandela njengoba ayezama ukuvikela amaKristu athembekile ethonyeni labanjalo abanombono wenkani.
EGalathiya, eAsia Minor, c. 50-52 C.E. Inkululeko eyayizuzwe amaKristu ngomhlatshelo kaJesu Kristu yayisengozini. Ukwesaba ukushushiswa yizitha ezingamaJuda kwenza ukuba amanye amaKristu afune ukubekela amanye amaKristu akanye nawo imithetho ecashunwe eMthethweni kaMose. (Galathiya 6:12, 13) Umphostoli uPawulu wakhumbuza abafundi ukuthi ukuthatha imikhuba enjalo yobuJuda enjengokusoka kwakuyoba ‘ukuzibophela ejokeni lobugqila.’ Njengoba babeyizoni, akekho kubo owayengawugcina ngokuphelele uMthetho, ngakho babeyolahlwa uMthetho, njengoba namaJuda ayelahliwe. Kwakuwumhlatshelo kaJesu kuphela owawungabenza bahlanzeke futhi ubasindise. “Uma nisoka [futhi ngaleyondlela niphoqeleka ukuba niwenze wonke uMthetho],” kusho uPawulu, “uKristu kayikunisiza ngalutho.”—Galathiya 5:1-4, NW; IzEnzo 15:8-11.
EKorinte, eGrisi, c. 55 C.E. Izimpikiswano ngokusoka zazilihlukanisa ibandla. UPawulu wayazi ukuthi ukusoka ngokwakho kwakungesona isono. Bekulokhu kuyingxenye yoMthetho ophelele kaNkulunkulu. (IHubo 19:7; Roma 7:12) UPawulu ngokwakhe wayehlele nokuhlela ukuba umngane wakhe osemusha uThimothewu (omama wakhe wayengumJuda) asoke. UPawulu akenzanga kanjalo ngoba kwakuyisibopho, kodwa ngenxa yokuthi wayengafuni ukunikeza amaJuda noma yisiphi isizathu sokukhubeka ngezindaba ezinhle. (IzEnzo 16:3) Wakhuthaza amaKristu ukuba agweme ukuhileleka ezimpikiswaneni ezihlukanisayo. “Ukhona obizwé esokile na?” wabuza. “Kangabi-njengongasokile. Ukhona obizwé engasokile na? Kangasoki [ecabanga ukuthi lokhu kubalulekile ukuze asindiswe].” Into eyayibalulekile kwakuwukulalela imiyalo kaNkulunkulu ecacile, kuhlanganise naleyo eza ngebandla lobuKristu.—1 Korinte 7:18-20; Heberu 13:17.
EFilipi, eGrisi, c. 60-61 C.E. Labo ababenomuzwa wokuthi amaKristu ayesaboshwe umthetho wamaJuda baqhubeka bengabunaki ubufakazi obusobala bokuthi uJehova wayelibusisa ibandla lobuKristu, manje elalihlanganisa abakholwayo abaningi abangasokile. Labo ababegcizelela ukusoka babelimaza abanye ngokomoya ngokugcizelela imibono yabo siqu. Ngakho-ke manje inkulumo kamphostoli uPawulu iqine ngokwengeziwe: “Xwayani izinja [amaJuda ayezibheka njengezingcolile ngokomthetho], nixwaye izisebenzi ezimbi, nixwaye abokusika.”—Filipi 3:2.
EKrethe, c. 61-64 C.E. Umphostoli uPawulu wayeshiye uThithu ukuba anakekele umsebenzi wamaKristu eKrethe. Ngokuthakazelisayo, uThithu owayengeyena umJuda akazange aphoqelelwe ukuba asoke. (Galathiya 2:3) Manje uPawulu waqondisa uThithu ukuba asebenzelane ngokuqinile nezitha zeqiniso, okuyilokho labashoshozeli bokusoka abase beyikho. Kwakufanele baxoshwe nokuxoshwa ebandleni uma babeqhubeka besakaza imibono yabo siqu edala ukwehlukana. Wakhuluma ngabantu “abangalaleliyo abakhuluma ize, nabakhohlisayo, ikakhulu abokusoka,” wayeseqhubeka: “Abamelwe ukuthuliswa, abachitha indlu iphela, befundisa okungafanele.”—Thithu 1:10, 11; 3:10, 11; 1 Thimothewu 1:3, 7.
Yeka imiphumela emibi! Lamadoda ayezikhukhumeza kakhulu ngemibono yawo kangangokuthi akwenqaba ukuqondisa kwebandla lobuKristu, onakalisa ukholo lwabanye, futhi abulala nobuhlobo babo obuhle noNkulunkulu.—Qhathanisa noNumeri 16:13, 12-14, 31-45.
Yini Oyoyenza?
Ingabe singakugwema ukwenza iphutha elifanayo namuhla? Yebo, uma okokuqala siqiniseka ukuthi imibono yethu siqu ayiphikisani nemfundiso ecacile yeBhayibheli. Ngokwesibonelo, endabeni yobungqingili iBhayibheli lithi: “Abaziphethe kabi ngokobulili . . . noma abanecala lobungqingili . . . abayikulidla ifa lombuso kaNkulunkulu.” (1 Korinte 6:9, 10, New International Version) Lapho isiqondiso esingokomBhalo singabonakala kithi sivulekele imibono ehlukene, sidinga ukubonisa ukusabela kokuthobeka okwaboniswa amaKristu akuqala futhi samukele izinqumo neziqondiso ezivela ebandleni likaNkulunkulu.
