7 Nevertheless, there is not this knowledge in all persons;+ but some, being accustomed until now to the idol, eat food as something sacrificed to an idol,+ and their conscience, being weak, is defiled.+

9 And this is what I continue praying, that YOUR love may abound+ yet more and more with accurate knowledge*+ and full discernment;*+

12 For this reason I shall be disposed always to remind+ YOU of these things, although YOU know [them] and are firmly set in the truth+ that is present [in YOU].+

21 I write YOU, not because YOU do not know the truth,+ but because YOU know it,+ and because no lie originates with the truth.+
