13 Three days from now, Pharʹaoh will bring you out,* restoring you to your office,+ and you will put Pharʹaoh’s cup into his hand as you did before when you were his cupbearer.+

13 In three days from now Pharʹaoh will lift up your head and he will certainly return you to your office;+ and you will certainly give Pharʹaoh’s cup into his hand, according to the former custom when you acted as his cupbearer.+

13 Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine head, and restore thee unto thy place: and thou shalt deliver Pharaoh’s cup into his hand, after the former manner when thou wast his butler.

13* the three canes mean three days; in three days more the Pharaoh will take you out and reinstate you, and you will hand the Pharaoh’s cup to him in accordance with your former function as cupbearer.
