As we continue our discussion of Zechariah chapter 8, we will gain a deeper appreciation of this God-given peace and truth and see what we have to do to preserve our share in it.

A closer look at the prophetic book that Zechariah wrote under inspiration shows that it is generally divided into two parts: Zec chapters 1-8 and Zec chapters 9-14.

“A good man brings forth good out of the good treasure of his heart, . . . for out of the heart’s abundance his mouth speaks.”—Luke 6:45.

Such treasure is assured to you if desiring to be ever a “good man” by Jesus’ words: “A good man brings forth good out of the good treasure of his heart, but a wicked man brings forth what is wicked out of his wicked treasure; for out of the heart’s abundance his mouth speaks.”—Luke 6:45.
