UYesu Ukhalimela AbaFarisi
UYESU uthi, ukuba uzikhupha iidemon ngenxa yamandla kaSathana, ngoko uSathana wahlulelene yedwa. Uhlabela mgama esithi, “Wenzeni mhle umthi, nesiqhamo sawo sibe sihle; nithi mhlawumbi niwenze mbi umthi, nesiqhamo sawo sibe sibi; kuba umthi waziwa ngesiqhamo sawo.”
Kububudenge ukuthi isiqhamo esihle sokukhupha iidemon sibangelwa kukukhonza kukaYesu uSathana. Ukuba isiqhamo sihle, awunakuba mbi umthi. Kwelinye icala, isiqhamo esibi sabaFarisi sezityholo zobuyatha nokumchasa ngaphandle kwesizathu uYesu sibubungqina bokuba bona ngokwabo bonakele. UYesu udanduluka athi, “Nzalandini yamarhamba, ningathini na ukuba nako ukuthetha izinto ezilungileyo, nikhohlakele nje? Kuba umlomo uthetha ngokuphuphuma kwentliziyo.”
Ekubeni amazwi ethu ebonisa ubunjani beentliziyo zethu, esikuthethayo kunikela isizinzi sokugwetywa. UYesu uthi, “Ndithi ke kuni, Onke amazwi angewani abathe bawathetha abantu, baya kuphendula ngawo ngomhla womgwebo; kuba ngawo amazwi akho uya kugwetyelwa, nangawo amazwi akho uya kugwetywa.”
Phezu kwayo nje yonke imisebenzi kaYesu yamandla, ababhali nabaFarisi bacela oku: “Mfundisi, singa singabona umqondiso uvela kuwe.” Nangona la madoda akhethekileyo avela eYerusalem esenokuba akayibonanga ngokobuqu imimangaliso yakhe, bukho ubungqina bokuzibonela obungenakukhanyelwa ngokubhekisele kuyo. Ngoko uYesu uxelela iinkokeli zamaYuda oku: “Isizukulwana esingendawo, esikrexezayo, singxamele umqondiso; ke asiyi kunikwa mqondiso, ungenguwo umqondiso kaYona umprofeti.”
Echaza oko asingisele kuko, uYesu uhlabela mgama esithi: “Kuba, njengokuba uYona ebemini ntathu nabusuku buthathu esiswini sentlanzi enkulu, kwangokunjalo, uNyana woMntu woba mini ntathu nabusuku buthathu embilinini womhlaba.” Emva kokuginywa yintlanzi, uYona waphuma ngokungathi wayevuswe kwabafileyo, ngoko uYesu uxela kwangaphambili ukuba uya kufa aze avuswe ephilile ngosuku lwesithathu. Kanti, kwanaxa uYesu evusiwe kamva, iinkokeli zamaYuda ziyawukhanyela “umqondiso kaYona.”
Ngaloo ndlela uYesu uthi amadoda aseNineve awaguqukayo ekushumayeleni kukaYona aya kusuka eme ngomgwebo ukuze agwebe amaYuda amkhanyelayo uYesu. Ngendlela efanayo, wenza uthelekiso nokumkanikazi waseShebha, oweza evela eziphelweni zomhlaba ukuza kuva ubulumko bukaSolomon waza wamangaliswa koko wakubonayo nawakuvayo. UYesu uthi, “Kanti ke omkhulu kunoSolomon nanku apha.”
Wandula ke uYesu enze umzekeliso ngomntu ekuthi kuye kuphume umoya ongcolileyo. Kodwa ukungabamkeli kolu hlanga abaprofeti bakaThixo, nto leyo eyaphumela ekubeni luchase kwanoKristu, kutyhila ukuba imeko yalo engendawo imbi ngaphezu kokuba yayinjalo ekuqaleni.
Ngoxa uYesu ethetha, kuthi kufike unina nabazalwana bakhe baze beme ngaphandle kwendimbane. Uthile ke uthi kuye: “Nanku unyoko nabazalwana bakho, bemi ngaphandle, befuna ukuthetha nawe.”
UYesu ubuza athi, “Ngubani na uma? Kanjalo ngoobani na abazalwana bam?” Esolulele kubafundi bakhe isandla sakhe, uthi, “Nanku uma nabazalwana bam; kuba osukuba ekwenza ukuthanda kukaBawo osemazulwini, yena lowo ngumzalwana wam, nodade wethu, noma.” Ngale ndlela uYesu ubonisa ukuba ingakhathaliseki indlela athandeka ngayo amaqhina ammanyanisa nezalamane zakhe, sekunjalo okuthandeka ngakumbi lulwalamano lwakhe nabafundi bakhe.
