Ingabe Kufanele Bahlonishwe Abafileyo?

ABANTU abaningi bahlonipha abathandekayo babo abafileyo ngandlela-thile. Abafileyo bahlonishwa ngezibikezelo zemingcwabo emaphephandabeni, futhi badunyiswa ngezinkulumo. Kwamanye amazwe kuvamile ukuba kube nemingcwabo emikhulu enamasiko enkolo noma endabuko. Izinkonzo zabafileyo zingathatha izinsuku, amasonto, noma izinyanga eziningi. Nokho, ngokweZwi likaNkulunkulu, abafileyo abakuboni konke lokhu kuhlonishwa abakunikezwayo. (Jobe 14:10, 21; IHubo 49:17) Abafileyo baphila ezingqondweni zalabo ababakhumbulayo kuphela. IBhayibheli lithi: “Abaphilayo bayazi ukuthi bayakufa, kepha abafileyo abazi-lutho.” (UmShumayeli 9:5) ImiBhalo inikeza ithemba lokuthi kuyoba novuko esikhathini esizayo. (Johane 5:28, 29; 11:25) Kodwa kuze kube yileso sikhathi, abafileyo abekho. Baphenduka uthuli ngokoqobo.—Genesise 3:19; Jobe 34:15.

Amasiko Asekelwe Emangeni
Amasiko amaningi aphathelene nabafileyo asekelwe ngokuqinile ezimfundisweni zenkolo ezingqubuzana neBhayibheli. I-Encyclopædia Britannica ithi amanye amasiko ahloselwe “ukuvikela abafileyo bangahlaselwa amademoni; ngezinye izikhathi injongo yala masiko iwukuvikela abaphilayo ethonyeni lokufa noma enzondweni yabafileyo.” Wonke amasiko anjalo asekelwe embonweni ongamanga wokuthi abafileyo bayaqhubeka bephila endaweni engabonakali angqubuzana ngokuqondile namaqiniso eBhayibheli.—UmShumayeli 9:10.

Abanye abagcina amasiko anjalo ababheki izenzo zabo njengokukhulekela, kodwa kunalokho, bazibheka njengendlela yokubonisa ukuthi babahlonipha ngokujule kangakanani abafileyo. Noma kunjalo, ukuzinikela okunjalo kokhokho abafileyo kunezisekelo ezingokwenkolo futhi kungqubuzana nezimfundiso zeBhayibheli. UJesu Kristu wathi: “NguJehova uNkulunkulu wakho okumelwe umkhulekele, futhi nguye yedwa okumelwe unikele kuye inkonzo engcwele.”—Luka 4:8.
Umbono Olinganiselayo
Ukuhlonipha abafileyo akuhlangene nezimfundiso zenkolo ezingamanga ngaso sonke isikhathi. Ngokwesibonelo, ukulandisa kweBhayibheli kubonisa indlela iNkosi uHezekiya ethembekile eyahlonishwa ngayo ngemva kokufa. Abantu bakaNkulunkulu “bammbela emmangweni wamathuna amadodana kaDavide; wonke uJuda nabakhileyo eJerusalema bamenzela udumo ekufeni kwakhe.” (2 IziKronike 32:33) Esinye isibonelo esikaJesu. IBhayibheli lithi abafundi bakhe “basithatha isidumbu sikaJesu basibopha ngamabhandeshi kanye neziqholo, ngayo kanye indlela yenkambiso yamaJuda yokulungiselela ukungcwaba.”—Johane 19:40.
ImiBhalo ilandisa ngezinye izimo eziningi lapho kwalandelwa khona izinqubo ezikhethekile eziphathelene nesidumbu nokungcwatshwa kwabafileyo. Ingabe Akulungile Ukudumisa Oshonile?
