UJesu ubikezela ukuthi kuyoba khona “izimpi namahemuhemu ezimpi.” “Isizwe siyakuvukela isizwe,” esho, futhi kuyoba khona ukuntuleka kokudla, ukuzamazama komhlaba, nemiqedazwe yezifo. Ngakho-ke, lapho abafundi bakhe bebona izici eziningi ezihlukahlukene zesibonakaliso zigcwaliseka, kufanele baqaphele ukuthi ukuphela kwesimiso sezinto kuseduze nokuthi uMbuso kaNkulunkulu ngokushesha uzosusa bonke ububi. “Xwayani ukuba izinhliziyo zenu zingasindwa ngukuminza nokudakwa nokunaka okwalokhukuphila, lunizume lolosuku ningazelele, ngokuba luyakufika njengogibe phezu kwabo bonke abahlezi emhlabeni wonke. Ngakho lindani ngesikhathi sonke, nikhuleke ukuba nibe-namandla okuphepha kukho konke lokhu okuyakwenzeka nawokuma phambi kweNdodana yomuntu.”
Izintombi Ezihlakaniphile Neziyiziwula
UJesu ubephendula ukucela kwabaphostoli bakhe isibonakaliso sokuba khona kwakhe emandleni oMbuso. Manje unikeza ezinye izici zesibonakaliso ngemifanekiso emithathu.
Ukugcwaliseka komfanekiso ngamunye kwakuyobonwa yilabo abaphila phakathi nokuba khona kwakhe. Wethula owokuqala ngalamazwi: “Khona umbuso wezulu uzakufaniswa nezintombi eziyishumi ezathatha izibani zazo, zaphuma ukuyohlangabeza umyeni. Kepha eziyisihlanu kuzo zaziyiziwula, neziyisihlanu zazihlakaniphile.”
Ngamazwi athi “umbuso wezulu uzakufaniswa nezintombi eziyishumi,” uJesu akasho ukuthi ingxenye yalabo abadla ifa loMbuso wasezulwini ingabantu abayiziwula futhi ingxenye ingabantu abahlakaniphile! Kepha ezihlakaniphileyo zaphendula zathi: Qha, funa angasaneli thina nani. Okungcono hambani niye kwabathengisayo, nizithengele.”

Ngemva kokuba uKristu afike eMbusweni wakhe wasezulwini, isigaba sezintombi ezihlakaniphile esingamaKristu agcotshiwe eqiniso sivukela elungelweni laso lokukhanyisa kulelizwe elimnyama sidumisa uMyeni obuyile. Kodwa labo abafanekiselwa izintombi eziyiziwula abakulungele ukunikeza loludumo lokwamukela. Ngakho lapho isikhathi sifika, uKristu akabavuleli umnyango wokungena edilini lomshado ezulwini. Ubashiya ngaphandle ebumnyameni basezinzulwini zobusuku balelizwe, ukuze babhubhe kanye nabo bonke abanye abenzi bobubi. “Ngakho lindani,” kuphetha uJesu, “ngokuba anilwazi usuku nehora.”

UJesu uyaqala: “Ngokuba kunjengomuntu [okungukuthi, izimo eziphathelene noMbuso] owathi eyakuhambela kwelinye izwe wabiza izinceku zakhe, wazinika impahla yakhe.” UJesu ungumuntu okuthi, ngaphambi kokuba ahambele kwelinye izwe ezulwini, anikeze izinceku zakhe—abafundi abasohlwini loMbuso wasezulwini—impahla yakhe. UJesu unika izinceku zakhe impahla yakhe ngokushesha ngaphambi kokwenyukela ezulwini. Ukwenza kanjani lokho? Ngokuziyala ukuba ziqhubeke zisebenza ensimini elinyiwe ngokushumayela isigijimi soMbuso ezingxenyeni ezikude kakhulu zomhlaba. Njengoba uJesu esho: “Enye wayinika amatalenta ayisihlanu, enye aba-mabili, enye laba-linye, kwaba-yileyo naleyo njengamandla ayo; wamuka-ke.”
Ngakho-ke amatalenta ayisishiyagalombili—impahla kaKristu—abiwa ngokwamandla, noma amakhono angokomoya, ezinceku. Izinceku zimelela izigaba zabafundi. Nokho, lezizinceku ezithembekile zingena kanjani ekuthokozeni kweNkosi yazo? Nokho, intokozo yenkosi yazo, uJesu Kristu, ingeyokuzuza uMbuso lapho iya kwelinye izwe kuYise ezulwini. “Nkosi, bengikwazi ukuthi ungumuntu olukhuni,” kukhononda lenceku. “Ngesaba, ngaya ngalithukusa emhlabathini italenta lakho; bheka, nakhu okwakho.” Lenceku yenqaba ngamabomu ukusebenza ensimini elinyiwe ngokushumayela nokwenza abafundi. Lapho UKristu Efika Emandleni OMbuso
UJesu usenabaphostoli bakhe eNtabeni yemiNqumo. Ephendula ukucela kwabo isibonakaliso sokuba khona kwakhe nesokuphela kwesimiso sezinto, manje ubalandisa owokugcina emifanekisweni emithathu ewuchungechunge. “Nxa iNdodana yomuntu iza ngenkazimulo yayo nezingelosi zonke ezingcwele kanye nayo,” kuqala uJesu, “khona izakuhlala esihlalweni sayo senkazimulo.”
Abantu abanakuzibona izingelosi enkazimulweni yazo yasezulwini. Ngakho ukufika kweNdodana yomuntu, uJesu Kristu, nezingelosi kumelwe ukuba akubonakali emehlweni abantu. Echaza okuyokwenzeka kulabo abahlukaniselwe ohlangothini oluthola umusa, uJesu uthi: “Khona iNkosi izakuthi kwabangakwesokunene sayo: Zanini nina enibusisiwe nguBaba, nidle ifa lombuso eniwulungiselweyo selokhu kwasekelwa umhlaba.” Izimvu zalomfanekiso ngeke zibuse noKristu ezulwini kodwa ziyokudla ifa loMbuso ngomqondo wokuba izikhonzi zawo zasemhlabeni. ‘Ukusekelwa komhlaba’ kwenzeka lapho uAdamu noEva beqala ukuveza abantwana ababengase bazuze elungiselelweni likaNkulunkulu lokuhlenga isintu.
Kodwa kungani izimvu zihlukaniselwa kwesokunene seNkosi somusa? “Ngokuba ngangilambile,” kuphendula iNkosi, “nangipha ukudla; ngangomile, nangiphuzisa; ngangingumfokazi, nangingenisa; ngihamba-ze nangembathisa; ngangigula, nangihamba; ngangisetilongweni, neza kimi.”

“Ngiqinisile ngithi kini,” kuphendula iNkosi, “njengokuba nikwenzile komunye walababafowethu abancane, nikwenzile kimi.” Abafowabo bakaKristu bangabasasele emhlabeni kwabangu-144 000 abayobusa naye ezulwini. Futhi ukwenza okuhle kubo, uJesu uthi, kuyefana nokwenza okuhle kuye.

Nokho, izimbuzi ziyakhononda: “Nkosi, sakubona nini ulambile, noma womile, noma ungumfokazi, noma uhamba-ze, noma ugula, noma usetilongweni, singakukhonzanga, na?” Izimbuzi zahlulelwa kabi ngaso kanye isisekelo izimvu ezahlulelwa ngaso kahle. “Lokho eningakwenzanga komunye walaba abancinyane [babafowethu],” kuphendula uJesu, “anikwenzanga nakimi.”
