8 Finally Jehovah brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm+ and with terrifying deeds and with signs and miracles.+

21 And what other nation on earth is like your people Israel?+ The true God went and redeemed them as his people.+ You made a name for yourself by your great and awe-inspiring deeds,+ driving out nations from before your people,+ whom you redeemed from Egypt.

17 The God of this people Israel chose our forefathers, and he exalted the people while they lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt and brought them out of it with an uplifted arm.+
