Munthu wanzeru amagwiritsiranso ntchito uphungu wa mtumwi Paulo uwu: ‘Kwiyani, koma musachimwe; dzuwa lisalowe muli chikwiyire, ndiponso musampatse malo Mdyerekezi.’ (Aefeso 4:26, 27) Ngati inu mwakwiya molungamitsika, musasunge mkhalidwe wokwiyawo, kulola dzuwa kulowa mudakali chikwiyire. Khalani Wofatsa Mtima
Mwambi wina ukuti: ‘Wopanda chikamwakamwa apambana kudziwa; ndipo wofatsa mtima ali wanzeru.’ (Miyambo 17:27) Munthu amene ali ndi chidziŵitso cha Mawu a Mulungu ‘alibe chikamwakamwa’ ndipo samalola mawu ake kutuluka mwaufulu, mwamphamvu, makamaka pamene wakwiyitsidwa. Pozindikira unansi wake ndi Yehova ndi malo ake oyenera m’gulu la Mulungu, iye sadzalola mkwiyo kumpambana. M’malo mwake, ‘wofatsa mtima’ amakalamira kukhala wofatsa ndi wolinganizika m’maganizo. Pokhala ndi mtima woterowo, nanunso mungakhoze kulamulira mikhalidwe imene ingachititse munthu wopusa kuchimwa.
Mogwirizana ndi izi, tikuŵerenga kuti: “Wosakwiya msanga apambana kumvetsa; koma wansontho akuza utsiru.” (Miyambo 14:29) Kukhala wansontho pamene maganizo anu akwiyitsidwa kungatsogoze ku kachitidwe kopusa. Nkwabwino chotani nanga kulingalira zomwe zingatulukepo ku kulankhula kapena khalidwe losalamulirika loterolo! Apo phuluzi, munthu angachite mwansontho ndikuchita chinthu chopanda nzeru, mwakutero ‘kukuza utsiru.’ Chotero, khalani ‘wosakwiya msanga,’ monga momwe aliri Mulungu, ndipo mudzapeŵa machitidwe ansontho ndi opanda nzeru.—Eksodo 34:6.
Peŵani Kunyada
Chifukwa cha kunyada, munthu angakhale wosalingalira ena ndipo ngakhale wokwiya msanga. Chotero tikuŵerenga kuti: ‘Mwamuna wamkwiyo aputa makangano; waukali achuluka zolakwa.’ (Miyambo 29:22) Ngati munthu salamulira mkwiyo wake koma ‘akwiya,’ iye angayambitse ‘makangano,’ ngakhale pakati pa mabwenzi. Ndipo munthu ‘waukali achuluka zolakwa.’ Inde, iye angachitedi chimo—chinachake chimene munthu wanzeru ndiponso waumulungu angafune kupeŵa.
Musaiwale konse kuti Yehova samavomereza kunyada ndi kukwiya. (Miyambo 16:18) Nkwabwino koposa kufuna thandizo la Mulungu kuti mupirire chiyeso ndi kuchita modzichepetsa koposa kugonjera ku mkwiyo kapena ukali monyada.—Miyambo 29:23.
Chitani Zinthu Modzichepetsa
Ngati mwadzudzulidwa ndi winawake wokhala ndi ulamuliro mufunikira kudzichepetsa. Panthaŵi yoteroyo, nchiyani chimene mungaganize choyamba? Mwinamwake kuyankha mwamsanga, ndi mawu osakonzekera. Koma Baibulo likupereka uphungu wakuti: ‘Ngati mkulu akukwiyira, usasiye malo ako; chifukwa chifatso chipembedza utachimwa kwambiri.’ (Mlaliki 10:4) Kuyankha modzichepetsa nkwabwino koposa chotani nanga! Ndithudi, “mayankhidwe ofatsa abweza mkwiyo.” (Miyambo 15:1) Kuyankha modzichepetsa kumafunikira kudziletsa, koma njira yanzeruyi imachotsa mavuto ndikuchilikiza maunansi amtendere.
Ngati ndinu mnkhole wa chidzudzulo chosayenerera, kukuyembekezeredwa kuti munthu wolamulirayo adzakulolani kulongosola nkhaniyo. Ndithudi, kulongosola kulikonse kuyenera kuchitidwa modzichepetsa ndichiyembekezo chakuti kulingalira kolakwako kuwongoleredwe. Munthu wolamulirayo akafunikira kulamulira mkwiyo wake kotero kuti apereke mpata ku kulongosolako, ndipo ichi chikasonyeza kuti iye ngwanzeru ndiponso wamphamvu.

Yesu Kristu, amene anapereka chitsanzo changwiro, anali ‘wofatsa ndi wodzichepetsa mtima.’ (Mateyu 11:29) Kuwonjezerapo, kufatsa ndiko chipatso cha mzimu woyera wa Mulungu, kumene Akristu ayenera kupempherera.—Luka 11:13; Agalatiya 5:22, 23.
Kodi Nchifukwa Ninji Muyenera Kulamulira Mkwiyo Wanu?
Timawayamikira mawu ofatsa, komatu kaŵirikaŵiri sitimadziŵa chimene chimayambitsa mkwiyowo. Eya, munthu wopanda malamulo abwino angapambane m’kubisa mkwiyo wake ndi chosankha chake cha kukangana ndi munthu wina pa mlandu weniweni kapena wongopeka! Mwachinyengo, iye angakhale akudikirira kaamba ka nthaŵi yabwino yonena chinachake chopweteka munthu amene amamudayo. Ndithudi, Mkristu sayenera kulola mtima woterowo kuyambika mwa iye, popeza kuti mtumwi Yohane analemba motere: ‘Koma iye wakumuda mbale wake ali mumdima, nayenda mumdima, ndipo sadziwa kumene amukako, pakuti mdima wamdetsa maso ake.’ Yohane ananenanso kuti: ‘Yense wakudana ndi mbale wake ali wakupha munthu; ndipo mudziwa kuti wakupha munthu aliyense alibe moyo wosatha wakukhala mwa iye.’—1 Yohane 2:11; 3:15.
