Kodi Ena Amalandira Uphungu Wanu?
NTHAŴI zonse uphungu wabwino ndiponso woperekedwa bwino umakhala ndi zotsatirapo zabwino. Kodi ndi choncho? Ayi! Ngakhale uphungu wabwino zedi komanso woperekedwa ndi munthu waluso nthaŵi zambiri umanyalanyazidwa kapenanso kukanidwa.—Miyambo 29:19.
Zimenezi zinachitika pamene Yehova anapatsa uphungu Kaini, amene anada mbale wake, Abele. (Genesis 4:3-5) Mulungu poona za kuopsa kwa zimene Kaini akachita, anati kwa iye: “Ukwiyiranji? Ena amakwiya ndiponso amakana uphungu wina uliwonse. (Miyambo 1:22-30) Kodi vuto limakhala ndi wopereka uphunguyo kuti ukanidwe? (Yobu 38:2) Kodi inu popereka uphungu mumapereka mwanjira yovuta kuulandira? Kupanda ungwiro kwa anthu kumapangitsa zimenezi. Koma mwa kutsatira mapulinsipulo a Baibulo mungapewe kuchita zimenezi. ‘Bwezani mu Mzimu wa Chifatso’

(Akolose 2:8) Khalani monga munthu wodziŵa kuphika amene amaonetsetsa kuti zokometsera zomwe akugwiritsa ntchito ndi zabwino ndiponso zopanda choipa chilichonse. Mwachionekere kukakhala kovuta “kubweza” munthu amene mwam’khumudwitsa. Kuti mupewe zimenezi, kumbukirani kufunika kwa kusonyeza “mtima wachifundo, kukoma mtima, kudzichepetsa, chifatso, kuleza mtima.” (Akolose 3:12) Ngati dokotala ngwaukali, odwala anganyalanyaze malangizo ake ndipo sangadzabwerenso kudzalandira thandizo kumeneko.

Perekani Uphungu m’Chisomo

Popereka uphungu, n’kofunika kusankha mawu oyenera. Mfumu yanzeru Solomo inati: “Mawu oyenera a panthaŵi yake akunga zipatso zagolidi m’nsengwa zasiliva.” (Miyambo 25:11) Iye ayenera kuti anali kuganiza za nsengwa ya siliva yojambulidwa zithunzi zokongola mmene muli zipatso zagolidi. Komano, “mawu oŵaŵitsa aputa msunamo.” (Miyambo 15:1) Mawu osayenera angampweteke munthu ndi kum’kwiyitsa m’malo mom’sonkhezera kuyamikira uphunguwo. Ndiponso, si mawu osayenera okha amene angachititse zimenezi komanso mmene tikulankhulira tingapangitse wina kukana uphungu umene uli wothandiza kwambiri. Kupereka uphungu mosalingalira ndi mopanda chifundo kungakhale kovulaza ngati kubayidwa ndi mpeni. Miyambo 12:18 amati: “Alipo wonena mwansontho ngati kupyoza kwa lupanga.” N’kulankhuliranji mwansontho ndi kupangitsa wina kukana uphungu?—Miyambo 12:15.
Monga momwe Solomo ananenera, uphungu uyenera ‘kukhala wa panthaŵi yake.’ Nthaŵi yabwino njofunika kwambiri kuti uphungu ulandiridwe! N’kwachidziŵikire kuti munthu amene sakufuna kudya sangamve kukoma chakudya. Mwinamwake wadya kale chakudya chambiri, kapena akudwala. Kum’kakamiza kuti adye pamene sakufuna si kwanzeru komanso si koyenera.
Perekani Uphungu Modzichepetsa Mtima
“Kwaniritsani chimwemwe changa, . . musachite kanthu monga mwa chotetana, kapena monga mwa ulemerero wopanda pake, komatu ndi kudzichepetsa mtima, yense ayese anzake omposa iye mwini; munthu yense asapenyerere zake za iye yekha, koma yense apenyererenso za mnzake.” (Afilipi 2:2-4) Ngati ndinu wopereka uphungu waluso, chimene chidzakusonkhezereni ndi ‘kupenyerera za ena.’ Ndiponso mudzasonyeza “kudzichepetsa mtima” kwa abale ndi alongo anu, mwa kuona ena kukhala okuposani. Kodi zimenezi zikutanthauzanji?
Kudzichepetsa mtima kudzakuthandizani kupewa kukhala wodzikweza kapena wolankhula monyada. Tonsefe tilibe zifukwa zokhalira odzikweza kwa okhulupirira anzathu. Tonse timalakwa nthaŵi ndi nthaŵi. Popeza simudziŵa za mumtima mwa munthu, n’kofunika kwambiri kusaweruza zolingalira zake popereka uphungu. Mwina angakhale alibe malingaliro ena alionse oipa kapenanso asakudziŵa za mchitidwe wake woipawo. Ngakhale ngati akudziŵa kuti akuchita mosemphana ndi zimene Mulungu amafuna, ndithudi kukakhala kwapafupi kulandira uphungu ngati uperekedwa modzichepetsa ndiponso moonetsa kum’thandiza mwauzimu.
Talingalirani mmene mungamvere ngati mwaitanidwa kukadya ndiye amene wakuitananiyo sakukusangalalirani ndiponso akukunyalanyazani! Ndithudi simudzachimva kukoma chakudya. Zoonadi, “kudya masamba, pali chikondano, kuposa ng’ombe yonenepa pali udani.” (Miyambo 15:17) Mofananamo, uphungu wabwino koposa ungavute kuulandira ngati wopereka uphunguyo asonyeza kuipidwa kapena kum’chepetsa munthu amene akum’patsa uphunguyo kapena ngati amululuza. Komabe, chikondi, kulemekezana, ndi kukhulupirirana kudzapangitsa kupereka uphungu ndi kuulandira kukhala kosavuta.—Akolose 3:14.
Uphungu Umene Unalandiridwa
Mneneri Natani anadzichepetsa popereka uphungu kwa Mfumu Davide. Natani anasonyeza chikondi ndi ulemu kwa Davide mwa zimene analankhula ndi kuchita. Natani anayamba ndi kupereka fanizo mwina chifukwa choganiza kuti zikanam’vuta Davide kulandira uphungu. (2 Samueli 12:1-4) Mneneriyo anakopa mtima wa Davide podziŵa kuti anakonda chilungamo, ngakhale kuti sichinaoneke m’zochita zake ndi Bateseba. (2 Samueli 11:2-27) Pamene tanthauzo la fanizolo linavumbulidwa, Davide ndi mtima wonse anati: “Ndinachimwira Yehova.” (2 Samueli 12:7-13) Mosiyana ndi Kaini amene sanamvere Yehova, Davide modzichepetsa analandira uphungu.
Mosakayikira Yehova anatsogoza Natani, pozindikira kupanda ungwiro kwa Davide ndi kuti akhoza kukhumudwa. Natani anachita zimenezi mwaluso kwambiri komanso momuona Davide kukhala womposa popeza anali mfumu yosankhidwa ndi Yehova. Ngati muli ndi maudindo ena ake, mungapereke uphungu mwaluso, koma ngati simuli wodzichepetsa kukakhala kovuta uphungu wanu kulandiridwa.
Natani anabweza Davide mu mzimu wa chifatso. Mawu a mneneri anali achisomo ndi osankhidwa bwino kuti Davide alabadire ndi kuthandizika nawo. Cholinga cha Natani popereka uphungu sichinali choti apezepo phindu, kapena kudzionetsera kuti anali wolungama komanso wauzimu kuposa Davide. Ndi chitsanzo chabwino kwambiri chotani nanga choyankhula mawu abwino m’njira yoyenera! Ngati musonyeza mzimu wofananawo, ndithudi ena adzalandira uphungu wanu.
