4 Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said: “Why are you thinking wicked things in your hearts?+

8 He, however, knew their reasoning,+ so he said to the man with the withered* hand: “Get up and stand in the center.” And he rose and stood there.

24 But Jesus would not entrust himself to them because he knew them all 25 and because he did not need to have anyone bear witness about man, for he knew what was in man.+

23 And I will kill her children with deadly plague, so that all the congregations will know that I am the one who searches the innermost thoughts* and hearts, and I will give to you individually according to your deeds.+
